Trade terms & conditions

1. Trade customers only

We sell to businesses for resale or business use. We may ask for evidence that you trade, and may decline or close an account without giving a reason. Nothing on this site is an offer to consumers.

2. Orders

An order placed on the site is a request to buy. No contract exists until we confirm the order and issue an invoice. Stock shown on the site is indicative and is confirmed at that point; if a line is unavailable we will tell you and remove it or offer an alternative.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate on the invoice. Prices may change without notice, but the price on a confirmed invoice is the price you pay.

4. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer to the account on the invoice, in full, before dispatch or collection, unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery is to the UK address on your account. Delivery charges are as stated on the delivery page at the time of the order. Risk passes to you on delivery to that address, or on collection. Delivery dates are estimates.

6. Damage, shortage and errors

You must inspect goods on receipt and notify us within 14 days of any damage, shortage or error, with photographs where relevant. We will replace, credit or refund at our option. We cannot accept returns of goods that are correct and undamaged.

7. Genuine goods and brands

We supply genuine products in the manufacturer's retail packaging. We are an independent wholesaler and are not an authorised distributor of, or affiliated with, any brand. You are responsible for complying with any platform, brand or legal rules that apply to where and how you resell.

8. Your account

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your authority.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
