Delivery, collection & returns
Free UK delivery over £100 ex VAT, same-day dispatch on paid orders, and collection from Hayes by arrangement.
UK delivery
- Free on orders over £100 excluding VAT.
- £4.95 on orders below that.
- Orders confirmed and paid by early afternoon are usually dispatched the same working day.
- Tracked delivery, normally two to three working days. Larger orders go by courier or on a pallet, and we will agree the day with you.
- The tracking number is on your account page once the parcel has gone.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from our warehouse at Unit 18 Brook Industrial Estate, Bullsbrook Road, Hayes UB4 0JZ, by arrangement once your order is confirmed and paid. Choose Collection when you place the order and we will email you a time.
Outside the UK
We deliver within the UK only at present.
Damaged or missing items
Check your delivery on arrival and tell us within 14 days if anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered. We will replace it or credit it — a photo of the damage helps us claim from the carrier.
Returns of unwanted stock
Because these are trade sales, we cannot take back stock that has not sold. Please order what you need; there is no minimum, so a smaller first order is always fine.
VAT
Prices on the site exclude VAT. VAT at the standard rate is added on the invoice, which shows our VAT number for your records.
